I work directly with designers, art consultants, and procurement teams on commissioned and editioned work for hospitality, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, corporate, and institutional interiors.

PRICING

Trade pricing on all work. Standard trade discount: 35% off retail on unique work, 45% on editions and volume runs. Consultants typically mark up 30–50%.

LEAD TIMES

Standard production: 4–6 weeks. Volume runs of 10 or more: 8–12 weeks. Rush orders available on request.

MATERIALS & FINISHING

Archival, UV-sealed, museum-grade finishes. Framing or mounting options available to project specifications. Full specification sheets provided for each piece, including dimensions, materials, weight, and installation method.

VOLUME & MULTIPLES

Signed, numbered editions available in runs of up to 40. Suitable for corridors, guest rooms, amenity floors, and larger commercial installations.

PAPERWORK

W-9 available upon request. Certificate of Insurance available as required by project specifications. Resale documentation provided as required.

PAYMENT TERMS

Original artwork: 50% payment due before shipment. Commissioned work: 40% deposit required before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

SHIPPING

Shipping options and costs determined by artwork dimensions, destination, and project requirements. Installation arrangements coordinated according to project requirements.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Project brief → palette and scale → sketch → production → delivery.

SOURCE BOOK

Available upon request as a PDF and web link, featuring 20–30 selected works with images, dimensions, materials, and trade pricing.
